When you are signed in to the catalog, you can place holds and access other personalized features. To sign in to the WWU catalog and MOBIUS catalog, use your WWU email. If you are already signed in to your WWU email on your device, you might not need to reenter your credentials, or you might only need to confirm the login with your Microsoft two-factor authentication method. If you are signed in with a different Microsoft account, you might encounter an error.
When items are overdue, lost, or damaged, patrons can accrue a balance. Depending on the frequency or amount, it might also result in an account block. Often the balance can be resolved by returning items in good condition before the library sends billing information to the Business Office. If a due date is coming up for an item you'd like to borrow longer, you can often renew the loan. To view your library account information, go to the library catalog and sign in using your campus email. Under "My dashboard," choose "Holds & checkouts." For items that are eligible for renewal, click "Renew." Alternatively, you can request renewals by replying to the reminder email or by calling the Circulation Desk at 573-592-4289.
